Annie Bass Hall -TCU

Pat Callahan Engineering designed the structural repairs and Linbeck Group selected Mobile Enterprises, Inc. to patch spalls at the inverted tee beams (as shown in the top photo) and install support brackets under (46) precast channel stems in the crawl space of the Annie Bass Hall at TCU. The support brackets were anchored into the inverted tee beams with 5/8” Hilti HIT-TZ anchor rods and HIT HY 150 epoxy adhesive.
