Asian Cultural Museum and Educational Center

During a heavy rainstorm, 9” of water fell in a short time. The roof of the structure could not rid itself of the accumulating water through the existing scuppers and the excess weight caused the parapet wall to collapse through the roof, second floor and down to ground level causing damage to brick and concrete structural walls and interior stucco.

The “SCB Process” was selected as the best method of repairing the cracks in the interior stucco and to re-bond the stucco back to the brick and concrete walls.

The project was completed in four days and the museum was then reopened to the public.
