Cadiz Pump Station

This emergency repair was spurred by leaks detected in the system. Upon a condition survey, extensive corrosion of the concrete was detected. Repairs required a fast track schedule because of the continuous need for sewage disposal and uncertainty of when rains could floor the system.

Scope of Work:

• Wet sandblast
• Neutralize and eliminate chlorides using ChlorRid
• 1 1/4” of Sika Repair 224 was spray applied and trowel finished

Area included walls, ceiling and beams and was completed within the time restraints of the City of Dallas. The pit is now operating leak and corrosion free.
