College Inn Balcony Repairs

The balconies on this student housing project were severely cracked and spalled allowing water to penetrate to the structural steel.

Mobile Enterprises, Inc. was hired to make the necessary repairs. Defective concrete was removed and patched, with many areas being full depth. After structural repairs were complete, the balconies were then coated with Monotex deck coating system. Handrails and gutters were also replaced.
