Firestone BCP Warehouse

A water main broke under the loading dock and below the processing area at BCP warehouse. As a result, The flowing water washed out large voids throughout a 2,500 square foot area.

Working while the facilities were in operation, Mobile crews drilled a series of 2″ diameter injection holes through the 8″ slab and pumped a fluid, flowable fill into the voids, filling them and restoring structural integrity to the loading dock and warehouse slabs.

A total of 40 cubic yards of material was pumped utilizing a large capacity concrete pump which was supplied directly from redi-mix trucks.
