Mobil Outside Tank Area

The “Outside Tank Area” at the Mobil Chemical Company’s Specialty Products Facility suffered from sever chemical attack, poor drainage and delaminated toppings.

Mobile Enterprises, Inc. was selected to repair eroded concrete surfaces, remove delaminated toppings, cut out the 8” thick slab to install over 100 feet of vinylester trench and to clean the surfaces and install PolySpec 303 / 331 Chemical Resistant Coating.

The work was performed during winter months of 1999 / 2000. Mobil personnel were so pleased with the finished product that an additional 2,000 square feet of area was added to the original contract.
