Traditionally, lining systems for aquariums have been fiberglass. These systems are rigid and can crack with load. They are high odor and require several days for installation and cure. Weather during installation is a major concern as they are very temperature and moisture sensitive.
Other systems that have been used in the past are cementitious silicate based slurry coats. These systems are thin and rigid. They are not a “waterproof” liner and will crack when the concrete cracks.
Advantages of EnviroLastic:
- Instant Cure
- No Odor or Solvents
- Immediately Handles Construction Traffic
- High Impact and Abrasion Resistant
- Flexible: Bridges Cracks
- Compatible with Acrylic Panels
- Easily Flashes Around Anchors
- Cost Savings
- Comes in Colors;
- Saves on Rockscape
