Sinclair Building

This 1930 precast and limestone building in downtown Fort Worth was experiencing major spalling due mainly to water penetration and freeze / thaw. Over the years, many repair attempts were made using incorrect repair materials, and hence resulted in failure.

In 1990, Mobile Enterprises performed a complete exterior restoration repairing all spalls and delaminations using SikaTop repair mortar. All joints were sealed, and Master Builders Tonecrete was applied to all precast and limestone to match the original. All windows were painted.

The building is now repaired and protected against future damage for many years to come.
