Rainwater was leaking into the weapons and munitions storage area below the main entry stairway to the Military Sciences Building at Texas A & M University.

Two cracks were found in the structural concrete supporting the entry stairs. Mobile Enterprises crews pressure washed the entry stairs to locate any additional cracking. The cracks in the concrete were injected with a hydrophilic urethane and the cleaned steps were sealed with a water repellant.

After the work was completed, the area was water tested and the leakage had been stopped completely.
