City of Beaumont WWTP Improvements

While installing a spray applied Polyurea lining system in the adjacent Suction Well, the adjacent barscreen and beltpress conveyor sumps were down and open for inspection.

Examination of the four (4) separate areas showed that the concrete was deteriorating . Wanting to protect these areas also, the City of Beaumont asked for a proposal to repair and line these areas as well.

Working with SGL/ACOTEC, Mobile presented a proposal to abrasive blast the surfaces, prime with Ceilcote P-380, fill in all bugholes and other surface irregularities with 310 Ceilpatch and install two (2) Twenty (20) mil coats of Flakeline 252.

The finished product provides the City of Beaumont with the long-lasting lining system that the city was looking for.
