Manhattan Construction selected Mobile Enterprises to conduct calcium chloride tests to check for moisture in the slab and install Dur-A-Flex’s PolyCrete MDB in the lower level Kitchen and Serving areas in the new Student Life Center at Prestonwood Christian Academy in Plano, TX.

PolyCrete MDB is a 100% aromatic cementitious urethane flooring system with a broadcast of natural quartz aggregate for a non-slip texture finish. Polycrete MDB is ADA compliant and meets USDA, FDA and CFIA standards. It has high chemical and abrasion resistance and can be installed with moisture levels up to 12 lbs/1,000 SF/24-hours.
